• Naked 2 Palette by Urban Decay - I felt like I was neglecting this palette so I’ve been trying to use it more often. I have a few favorite shades, like YDK, Busted, Pistol and Blackout. Overall though, it’s a really great palette. The shades in this palette are more cool colors, while the Naked Palette has warm colors. So it’s nice to mix it up every now and then.
• NARS Sheer Glow Foundation in Barcelona- I absolutely LOVE this foundation. It works perfectly with my dry skin. It also provides really great coverage and I don’t have to use too much. I bought a pump for it and I need one-two pumps for my whole face. I wear it throughout my entire 9 hour work day and by the end of the day it still looks great, and it doesn’t make my skin feel greasy.
• Wet N’ Wild Megalast Nail Polish in Tropicalia - I have been wearing this color on my nails for a good 2 weeks because I just love it so much. It’s a bright pink-coral and it’s very flattering with my skin tone.
• Lush Celestial Facial Moisturizer - I’ve been looking for a good nighttime moisturizer for my dry skin and this is the one that Flor recommended to me. This stuff is amazing! I love everything about it. I’ve been using it every night since I got it and it has done wonders for my skin. When I wake up in the morning, my skin has the perfect amount of moisture and it also looks brighter. It also smells just like almond milk.
• Bare Minerals Oil-Control Primer - I was skeptical at first when the lady at Sephora gave me this free sample because my skin isn’t oily, and I think the only reason why she thought my skin was oily was because I had put on my morning moisturizer just minutes before I got to the store, haha. However, I really like that when I use this it keeps my skin looking very matte throughout the day and I only use a little bit each time.

Wearing NARS Sheer Glow Foundation in Barcelona. Much better :)

Today I went to Sephora to get the NARS Sheer Glow Foundation. When I got there, I asked one of the associates to help me pick out the right shade. She picked about 4 different shades and tested all of them on my right cheek. 

She told me that the shade “Barcelona” was a great match and blended perfectly, but she didn’t like that it had a yellow undertone. So she went one more shade darker and chose “Syracuse” as my perfect shade since it had more bronze to it and it brought out my tan. It’s a Medium/ Dark shade.

I was sold, of course, so I got it. However, once I left and I walked past a mirror my face looked REALLY tan. Also, my skin on my neck looked lighter than my face. 

I tried to get a good picture but it’s always hard to tell from a photo. I’m not really sure if I want to keep this shade, I might go back and exchange it for “Barcelona” instead. What do you think? Does it match? Or does it look too tan?

While I was there I also got some Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion because I ran out of the little one that came with my Naked Palette.

Before I left, the associate that was helping me was sweet enough to give me some skincare advice and free samples. She told me that I needed to exfoliate my skin because I have a lot of dead skin cell build up and that I need to moisturize, like a lot.

Since I was already at the mall, I stopped by Forever 21 and got 2 more dresses. I also went to Pink Zone and got some more t-shirts and tank tops. 3 for $10! :D

Oh and while I was at Parkway Plaza, I saw that there’s going to be a new Ulta! I’m so excited! It’s coming this summer!! :)
