your steffles |
Hey there! My name is Steffi. I am a 24 year old girl from San Diego, CA. My blog is an outlet for me to share my love for the art of makeup, fashion, beauty and just a little bit of everything else that I enjoy in my life. I have an irrational fear of wasting a good outfit on an insignificant day. Follow @stefffles |

Wet N’ Wild has done it again. They just came out with 3 limited edition Color Icon bronzers and I was lucky enough to find them at my local CVS for $4.19 each. I only picked up Don’t Be Shellfish and Me Shell My Belle. The third one is called Shell-A-Brate Good Times, but it’s a little too dark for my skin tone so I would never be able to pull it off.

Don’t Be Shellfish has a beautiful light pink (champagne) shimmery color with a light brown with shimmer as well. Out of the 2 that I bought, this is one is my favorite.
In my swatch, from left to right, I have both colors blended together and then alone.
When blended it makes a very beautiful sun kissed glow which is going to be perfect for Summer.

Me Shelle My Belle has a pale matte pink and a very light matte brown.
I did my swatch here the same as the last one. I think I blended more pink than brown in my left swatch, it almost looks more like a blush. It still looks great as a matte bronzer because it has that subtle rosy pink to it.

I hope you enjoyed my April Favorites and I can’t wait to find out what yours were :)
Got all the colors I wanted :) from left to right: On A Trip, Through The Grapvine, Candy-Licious, Tropicalia, and I Need A Refresh-Mint.

I hope you enjoyed my March Favorites!
My new nail polishes from Wet N’ Wild
I got these a few weeks ago and I forgot to post a pic.
I keep the products that I use the most on top of my Vanity. My foundation, powder, brushes, blush, eyeliner, mascara, the lip butters I use the most, etc.

Then I keep the stuff that doesn’t fit on top of my Vanity in drawers underneath my table.

Since my Naked Palettes don’t fit inside my drawers I keep them on top, next to my box of makeup remover towelettes.

In the first drawer, I have my elf blushes and gel liners, L’oreal Infallible eyshadows and my Urban Decay Ammo eyeshadow palette. In the second, I have all my Maybelline Cream Tattoos and the shadow applicators I use to apply them.

In the third drawer, I have all my lipsticks and lip butters. The fourth drawer has all my 8 pan Wet N’ Wild palettes, the baked palettes with the eyeliner pencils that came with them, a few single eyeshadows and my NYX glitter palette. The fifth drawer has all my Wet N’ Wild Trios and the last drawer has all my extra lip glosses and faux lashes.

“Eight dynamic, perfectly color-coordinated shades with high pigment and pearl for ultra-impact color. Shades can be used together or individually to create an endless variety of looks.”

Petal Pusher:
This palette has a lot of gorgeous colors. From a soft light pink, soft dark reds, light and dark shades of purple, to a soft shimmery black. There are so many possibilities when it comes to this palette.

Blue Had Me At Hello:
These blues are gorgeous! This palette works so well for a soft and subtle everyday look as well as a dark and sexy night time look.

Comfort Zone:
I’m a big fan of dark greens and neutrals so this palette was a must. It really is in my “comfort zone” of colors.
What I love most about all of these is that you can get so many different looks. It ranges from a Sweet look to Flirty, and then Dramatic to Wild. It all depends on how many of the colors you use. For $4.99 for each very affordable. Another job well done by Wet N’ Wild.
Once I heard about these, I had to have them ALL. I love that they come as a trio because it takes the guess work out of knowing what colors go together. For someone like me, it really helps.

Walking On Eggshells:
Browbone: Shimmery beige
Crease: Soft matte brown
Eyelid: Pink-ish champagne color with shimmer
This is my go to palette for a natural, casual everyday makeup look. I love it.
Sweet As Candy:
Browbone: Really light (almost white) beige with shimmer
Crease: Light matte brown
Eyelid: Shimmery soft pink
I love to use this when I want to get a more romantic, rosy look. The pink is very soft and subtle, great pigmentation.
I’m Getting Sunburned:
Browbone: Bright shimmery pink
Crease: Dark shimmery brown
Eyelid: Bold shimmery gold
This palette is great to wear for a night time look because the colors are very bold. However, it’s still neutral so I like to pair it with a bright and fun lip, like Revlon Lip Butter in Lollipop :)
Don’t Steal My Thunder:
Browbone: Soft matte white
Crease: Matte black
Eyelid: Metallic silver
This one is also great to wear at night, especially for special occasions, like a Holiday party. The silver is gorgeous and I like that with the black it makes it easy to create a smokey eye look.

Silent Treatment:
Browbone: Soft matte light pink
Crease: Dark brown with gold glitter
Eyelid: Gray Lavendar with shimmer
One of my favs, this trio is great. I love how it’s neutral and dark.
On Cloud Nine:
Browbone: Shimmery light blue
Crease: Dark matte brown
Eyelid: Shimmery blue gray
The shimmery blue gray eyelid color is beautiful and it looks great with the matte dark brown in the crease.
Spoiled Brat:
Browbone: Shimmery silver
Crease: Shimmery black
Eyelid: Bright hot pink
The bright pink color is truly amazing!
Cool As Cucumber:
Browbone: Soft light matte green
Crease: Shimmery dark purple
Eyelid: Shimmery dark green
I LOVE the dark green shade from this trio, and it also combines my two favorite colors into one eye look, amazing.

Knock On Wood:
Browbone: Shimmery nude brown
Crease: Medium dark shimmery brown
Eyelid: Soft shimmery burgundy
I love this palette because it’s bold while still being neutral.
I Dream of Greenie:
Browbone: Frosty light green
Crease: Shimmery green
Eyelid: Bright shimmery lime green
Since the colors in this trio are so bold and bright, I don’t really wear it. But I definitely would maybe in the summertime of even in the spring because it’s very playful and fresh.
I’m Feeling Retro:
Browbone: Frosty shimmery white
Crease: Metallic bright blue with shimmer
Eyelid: Metallic dark fuchsia
This trio is perfect for night time occasions, like New Year’s Eve for example. It’s so fun and bold.
I Got Good Jeans:
Browbone: Frosty light shimmery blue
Crease: Metallic dark blue
Eyelid: Bright bold gold
Also a great trio for night because the colors are so bright and bold.

;)
I wanted to do a proper review on these eyeshadows as well as provide some swatches, now that I’ve had some time to play with them.

Fly Me to the Moon:
Browbone: Frosty sheer matte white
Crease: Matte black with silver glitter
Eyelid: Bright satin blue
The blue shade in this trio is an amazing find. I absolutely love it. To get the true shade you have to pack on a lot of it though, but it’s easy to build on top of it. The matte black is super pigmented so I have to be vary careful not to apply took much of it. And the white is very sheer and matte to balance out the glitter in the black. Overall, amazing trio.
Bright Idea:
Browbone: Sunny yellow with shimmer
Crease: Lime green with shimmer
Eyelid: Bright pink with shimmer
These colors are really bright and extremely pigmented. They apply very smoothly. I love to play with color so I really like this trio.
Earth Looks Small From Down Here:
Browbone: Gold shimmer with an olive tone
Crease: Shimmery navy blue with glitter
Eyelid: Bright green with shimmer
The blue shade is this trio can be found in other Wet N’ Wild palettes but the gold and green are truly unique.
Enter A New Realm:
Browbone: Metallic silver
Crease: Matte black
Eyelid: Matte bright red
It’s really hard to find a true red eyeshadow so I’m glad that I got a hold of this trio. Amazing pigmentation.

Dancing In The Clouds:
Browbone: Shimmery champagne
Crease: Matte bright purple
Eyelid: Shimmery copper
This one is my FAVORITE out of all of them (that I own) Purple is my favorite color and this is definitely wearable for everyday. It takes a few tries to fully get the purple to really show up in my crease but once I do it looks really great.
Overall Wet N’ Wild has done an amazing job with this collection, they put together colors that I wouldn’t have known otherwise to work so well together and for the cost ($2.99 each) it’s totally affordable and you get so much for the price.

I call this the Makeup Collection for Newbies
I like to keep my day time look very neutral but still girly. My go to eyeshadow palette is Walking on Eggshells by Wet N’ Wild, because it’s neutral with a little bit of pink. I also use Maybelline’s Dream Bouncy Blush in Pink Plum to get a natural rosy flush on my cheeks. Then I top it off with Revlon’s Colorburst Lip Butter in Peach Parfait.

Small beauty haul ;)
